RZESZÓW, Poland — Polish authorities learned for the first time of a Russian-organized spying operation targeting a crucial logistics center for Ukraine’s war from an unexpected source: a drunken man stumbling spotted a camera suspect pointed out on a railway line not far from the local airport.
