Flexport is in talks to buy technology from Convoy, a collapsed digital freight startup, a move that would expand the freight forwarder’s presence in the U.S. domestic trucking market as the company seeks to regain profitability, according to a person familiar with the negotiations.

Conversations are continuing, the person said, but did not provide additional financial details.
