Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky presented Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis with the Diploma of the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise III for special merits.
Ukrinform reports this with reference to President Zelensky’s Facebook page.
“For special merits, Foreign Minister of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis was awarded the degree of the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise III. I am grateful to you, your country and your wonderful people for supporting Ukraine. We will never forget that. You are always welcome in Ukraine,” Zelensky said.
Earlier media reported that Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis planned to visit Kyiv on March 24. However, the purpose of the visit and the planned meetings have not been officially announced. His previous visit to Kyiv was in November 2022.
