Zelda: Tears of Kingdom player spent 870 hours exploring, creating beautiful footprint map

An intrepid player of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom spent around 870 hours exploring every inch of Hyrule, including the shrines, and produced an eerily beautiful footprint map which you can view here -below. You may notice that some parts of the map are quite empty, as stored player footprint data eventually runs out, erasing early routes and replacing them with newer ones. It’s still a fascinating spectacle. The neon green lines mark the route Link takes through the mighty kingdom of Hyrule in the game.
