“He (McTominay) is an academy boy, his energy is amazing. He is now also starting to score goals and also with leadership skills. I wouldn’t be surprised if in a few years he would be the captain of this team. . ”Rangnick said, Goal reported.

Rangnick also congratulated David De GeaThe Spaniard’s recent performance, as the Spaniard has seen a slight improvement in form, has made more than a few saves to save goals in the last month or so. The German has praised De Gea but believes he can still improve.

“We have to develop the squad into a white team and it was another today, but David de Gea was still exceptional for me today. I wish he had less stoppages in the total, I think we had four or five shots on goal, but again we can still improve even in this area, “he added.
