Why bidenomics is not popular – WSJ

Voters in swing states disapprove of Bidenomics by a margin of two to one, according to a poll last week. And Democrats continue to wonder why more black and Hispanic voters are interested in the Republican Party. One possible explanation came last week in a new Federal Reserve report showing how minorities in particular have struggled during the Biden years.

Media coverage of the Fed’s Survey of Consumer Finances noted that the net worth of a typical family increased 37% between 2019 and 2022 amid rising stock and housing prices. But while Americans have become wealthier overall during Mr. Biden’s term, many do not feel that way because they have less cash.
