50 Cent fans were shocked when Ed Sheeran made a surprise appearance at his show in London on Tuesday.
The 48-year-old Get Rich or Die Tryin’ artist’s The Final Lap tour stopped at the famous O2 Arena.
In a clip shared by TMZ, 50 – real name Curtis Jackson – asked the excited audience to “turn it up even more” as Sheeran, 32, descended from the ceiling inside a huge box.
He simultaneously sang his 2017 hit Shape Of You as Jackson asked the audience to “raise your hand.
That’s when the redheaded crooner discovered himself and revealed himself to the crowd.
After the show, the rapper took to Instagram to share behind-the-scenes snaps from behind the scenes.
He and Sheeran were both dressed in black, wearing faded black jeans and a short-sleeved t-shirt.
The British-born singer-songwriter, meanwhile, looked cool in a windbreaker and cargo pants.
They were both wearing brightly colored sneakers, with Ed wearing black and red Nikes with white soles.
Jackson wore a gray, orange and white pair, coordinating the shoes with his gray fitted hat, which he wore backwards.
He wrote in the caption to his 30 million followers: “My man came for me tonight, BOOM. LONDON has gone crazy! It’s not bigger than that.
One fan wrote under the post: “50 years old, I’ll have the most unlikely friendships, I love it.”
The message was followed by a video recorded by Ed, who documented the moments before and after the electrifying performance.
50 reposted it and wrote in the caption: “teddysphotos The o2 had a great time, had a great time.”
Eighteen shows remain on the 103-date tour, which covers 35 countries.
In September, Eminem joined 50 Cent on stage during the Michigan leg of his tour. The rap icon received a warm welcome as he took the stage at Pine Knob Amphitheater in Clarkston.
Before leaving the stage, he said, “Detroit is making noise for one of the best friends I’ve ever known, 50 Cent!” Make some noise for the 50th anniversary of hip-hop!’
