‘Wheel of Fortune’ host Pat Sajak calls out contestant for ‘depressing’ bonus round rating

Longtime “Wheel of Fortune” host Pat Sajak had a “depressing” moment with a contestant.
Jennifer, 76, who lives in Texas but was born in England, failed to solve the puzzle during Wednesday’s episode.
Not only did the game show player lose during the bonus round, but her answer to the tricky puzzle was as disheartening as her defeat.

“You have 10 seconds to try and talk about it, good luck,” Sajak said.

“Nothing likes you,” Jennifer replied.
An immediate laugh from the audience was heard after the player’s response.

“Nothing… else… you… nothing,” she guessed again.
“It was a depressing solution,” Sajak noted.

The puzzle then turned out to be “Nothing Bothers You”.

After Jennifer failed to solve the puzzle correctly, Sajak revealed that she lost her grand prize of a brand new Lincoln car.

“Well, I’m sorry,” Sajak sympathized.
Social media account ‘Wheel of Fortune’ shared the viral moment with the caption reading ‘We PROMISE this isn’t the puzzle’, along with a laughing emoji.
Fans were quick to comment on the puzzle incident.

One fan agreed with Sajak and wrote, “That was hilarious and depressing.”
Others laughed at Jennifer’s mistake: “Hahaha!! When she said ‘nothing likes you’ I laughed…seriously?” with a laughing crying emoji and an eye rolling emoji.

“Nothing like you she’s hilarious,” another fan wrote.

Viewers were quick to notice her British accent and commented that she was a “very sweet” player.

Jennifer wasn’t the only contestant lately to take a risk on the beloved game show.
Last week, a player named Bradley slipped in a special message before solving the puzzle.
With just 10 seconds on the clock, the ‘Wheel of Fortune’ contestant decided to give a special shout out to his loved ones before solving the sentence.

“Sino, Kalani, Shiloh, daddy loves you… Glad to hear that,” Bradley shouted proudly, while correctly solving the riddle.
Bradley didn’t seem to care that he was racing against the clock, and he still won a brand new car as the bonus round prize.
The contestant was ecstatic as he was seen cheering enthusiastically and running towards his shiny new prize, a red Chevy SUV.
