On January 27, Dylan unveiled the results of his surgery in an epic “face reveal” video. And a week later, she took to TikTok to fully detail what she had done.

“The operation itself took several hours,” Dylan shared in a Jan. 30 TikTok post. “I had hair advancement, brow bone shave, rhinoplasty, minor cheek enhancement, minor lip lift, jawline shave, chin reduction, and tracheal shave.”

Reflecting on the operation, Dylan said she wants people to “start seeing FFS as just as important as other gender-affirming healthcare.”

“Trans people spend years saving up for these kinds of procedures because they’re rarely covered by insurance,” she said, “and it’s really brought me so much peace already that I hope we can all start advocating for better trans health care.”
