Star player Lionel Messi continues to follow the necessary steps to settle down in Florida and he has just settled a priority file: the purchase of a luxurious house in Fort Lauderdale, not far from his team’s stadium, ‘Inter Miami CF.
As indicated on Tuesday by the daily “Sun Sentinel” and the website The Real Deal, the famous Argentinian will move into the Bay Colony district and he did not skimp on the means undertaken to achieve his ends: he had to pay the huge sum of US$10.75 million to acquire the property which was already the subject of public curiosity. On Monday, the day the transaction was confirmed by the real estate firm Team Simpkin Compass, helicopters were seen above the area.

Built in 1988, the residence of more than 105,000 square feet includes eight bedrooms, nine and a half bathrooms and a garage that can accommodate three vehicles, not to mention a swimming pool, a gym and spa room, a stylish kitchen Italian and two docks near the water. The venue is near the highway leading to the DRV PNK Stadium, home of Inter.
The previous owners, John and Stacy Dickerson, purchased the house in 2022 for US$9 million.
