The Vitality Netball Superleague Grand Final will take place on June 27

London’s Copper Box Arena will host the 2021 Vitality Netball Superleague Grand Final and Semi-Finals on June 26-27, with tickets on sale shortly.

The Vitality Netball Superleague confirmed Thursday the location of the last weekend of the competition, as well as the match schedules.

The 2021 Grand Final will start at 5 p.m. on Sunday June 27. It will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Main Event, Action and Mix in addition to being broadcast on the Sky Sports YouTube channel.

The final will be preceded by the match for third place at 3 p.m. The day before, the two semi-finals will take place, with 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. for the first passages in the center.

Tickets for both days go on sale next week. England Netball is awaiting updates from the government on the sites’ potential capacity and COVID-19 restrictions. Once they receive clarification on both, the final ticketing plans for the flagship netball weekend will be shared.

The Grand Final will be the first since 2019, when Manchester Thunder won the trophy after a hotly contested meeting with the Wasps, which was decided by four goals.

With two regular season rounds to go, Thunder, Team Bath Netball and Loughborough Lightning have all booked their places in London.

Wasps, Leeds Rhinos Netball, Strathclyde Sirens and Saracens Mavericks are still in the running to secure last place in the play-offs, and with each a different number of games remaining, the race for fourth place could go on until the last game. of the season .
