Violence in Sonora: hitmen “picked up” a man in broad daylight in San Luis Río Colorado

A group of armed men caused terror among dozens of inhabitants of San Luis Rio Colorado who saw how, in broad daylight, a subject was kidnapped at point of blows to get into a vehicle at the border of sound.

According to the entity’s prosecutor’s office, the illegal deprivation of liberty occurred in the Jalisco neighborhoodfor which they began investigations and worked to find the whereabouts of the victim in coordinated actions with the State Security Table.

Several subjects are observed in two vehicles, a white Ford pickup and a gray van, with several males. The search for the victim continues

In the recording broadcast via social networks, it is observed how the alleged assassins besiege their victim in the middle of the street to get into a white truck type pick-up double cabin, while next to it is another unit from which more members of the criminal gang descended.

“They already killed him!”, a terrified woman shouted when she saw how the victim fell to the ground. “They don’t want to kill him, they want to take it, they want him alive”, responded a man who saw the scene of violence in the distance, while more cars circulated on the same roads.

According to local reports, these actions took place around 1:00 p.m. in Sonora Avenue and 17th Streeta short distance from the border between Mexico and the United States.
