Video shows Salvador Ramos entering a Texas school before the massacre

Chilling new surveillance footage shows the moment deranged gunman Salvador Ramos walks into Robb Elementary School in Texas.

Video captured the 18-year-old killer sneaking to an unlocked school door in Uvalde, Texas on Tuesday morning before opening fire with an AR-15 assault rifle, killing 19 children and two teachers, CNN reported.

Ramos confronted an armed school resource officer outside the door and “engaged with the shooter,” the network reported.

However, according to CNN, it’s unclear what the exchange with the killer was – or whether the officer fired his gun at the shooter or whether the two exchanged gunfire prior to the bloody assault.

Ramos spent up to an hour inside the building before police and US Border Patrol officers stormed the classroom and shot him dead, according to reports.

Heartbreaking videos outside the primary school show anguished parents pleading with police to charge the building during the clash, with cops holding down at least one panicked parent to the ground as others yelled at the policemen.

Ramos had purchased two of the assault rifles after his 18th birthday earlier this month.

On Tuesday, authorities said he shot his grandmother in the face and injured her before driving to school, crashing her van and entering the building, authorities said.

Police said the carnage included 17 other children who were injured in the assault.
