VIDEO: Fireworks shoot through crowd at Trash Pandas game

MADISON, Ala. (WHNT) – A stray firework deflected into a crowd of Trash Pandas fans on Friday night.

According to Trash Pandas spokesperson Aaron Cheris, no fans were injured in the incident.

Cheris released the following statement on the incident:

On Friday night at the Trash Pandas post-game fireworks display, a firework unexpectedly ignited, knocking him off course. No fans were harmed and the fireworks salesman said categorically that had never happened in over 40 years of experience.

Every Toyota Field fireworks show is always supervised by Madison Fire and Rescue Services. All parties are taking extreme precautions to ensure this does not happen again.
