Vice Society threatens data leak with blurry photo of Okanagan College
The college faced a cyberattack on January 9
Okanagan College is far from safe after a cyberattack accessed confidential staff and student data.
Threat analyst Brett Callow took to Twitter to share the news, including a screenshot of the website of Vice Society, the group likely behind the hack, as it shows a blurry image of the Okanagan College next to the threat.

Vice Society threatens to release confidential data, including user IDs, passwords, social security numbers, credit card numbers and contracts.
What the group is asking for is unknown, but the website says it will release over 850GB of data from 8pm London time on January 30.
