UFC boss Dana White explains why he pulled out of a multi-million dollar deal to promote the Hulu series about Mike Tyson who the boxing legend angrily compared to slavery

As the air date draws closer, the smoldering giant sought to strike a promotional deal with the MMA frontman, but it quickly fell apart when the UFC boss found out Tyson wasn’t happy with him. broadcast that had been made without authorization or compensation.

“We were close to reaching an agreement. We were about to make a deal with Hulu to promote this unauthorized biography of Mike Tyson or whatever,” White said after the Contender series’ latest episode.

“My production manager came up to me and said, ‘Hey, I hear Tyson isn’t happy about this thing. So, I called Mike and said, ‘We’re in a deal with these guys, we have a verbal to do this deal with them. He said, ‘Dana, they fuck me.’

“That’s all I had to hear. I said, ‘I went out then. I’m going to crush this case. So I killed the deal and told him it was over and we wouldn’t be promoting this show for Hulu, and then he did what he did.

It comes just days after ‘Iron Mike’ took to social media to prop up White for dumping millions in the name of friendship.

He tweeted on Saturday: “Hulu desperately tried to pay my brother Dana White millions without offering me a dollar to promote their slave master taking over my life.
