Tyson Fury’s next fight is slated for March in the UK as Bob Arum names two possible opponents – Dillian Whyte and Joe Joyce

Tyson Fury could be ready for a comeback fight in March against Dillian Whyte or Joe Joyce, according to his US co-promoter Bob Arum.

The “Gypsy King” is currently taking time to get away from boxing and relax with his family after taking out Deontay Wilder to complete their trilogy.

After this historic victory, it was suggested that Fury could now retire from the sport.

However, Arum has now told Blue Blood Sports TV, “I never heard that.

“I talk to Tyson all the time, he’s definitely not going to walk away from boxing.

“The question is when will he fight next and, if I had to guess, I would say March. “

Dillian Whyte is asking for his title shot to happen, after it was announced he had called off his fight with Otto Wallin due to a shoulder injury.

At the end of last month, the WBC decided that Fury must then defend against the “interim” champion, unless he is able to agree on an undisputed clash with Oleksandr Usyk within 30 days of the match. Wilder’s victory.

Whyte currently holds this “provisional” belt and will no longer endanger it against Wallin.

This means he is expected to be named Fury’s mandatory challenger in early November.

Right now though, Arum has insisted, “Dillian Whyte isn’t the attorney, that’s what the WBC didn’t do.

“Dillian Whyte has an obligation to fight Otto Wallin, and we’ll see.

“But again, in March, I would like Tyson Fury to fight in the UK.

“And I would think that among the opponents would be Dillian Whyte or maybe that great Englishman, Joe Joyce.”

Whyte joined talkSPORT Fight Night on Saturday and said, “Fury has the world title and that’s what I expected, that’s what I worked for.

“I don’t even know how many penalty fees I paid.

“I could have easily given up this path and taken another path years ago, but I waited and waited and waited.

“So what am I going to do?” Fight Otto Wallin or fight Tyson Fury, what are you going to do? It is common sense.

“Like I said, I’m not afraid of anyone. I wanted to fight.
