Twice deported illegal alien, charged with July 4 shooting plot, sentenced to less than six months in prison

An illegal alien, originally charged with plotting a shooting on July 4 this year with another illegal alien, has been sentenced to less than six months in federal prison for illegally entering the United States for the third time.

As reported by Breitbart News, 52-year-old illegal alien Julio Alvardo Dubon and 38-year-old illegal alien Rolman Balacarcel Ac, both Guatemalan nationals, were arrested by the Richmond Police Department for allegedly planning a mass shooting during the city’s July 4 celebration. in the Dogwood Dell Amphitheater in Richmond, Virginia, months ago.

Richmond police officials say the mass shooting plot was thwarted thanks to an American ‘citizen hero’ who called for a tip, although investigators later said they had no evidence for charge either of the illegal aliens with such a crime.

Ac, who has been deported twice from the United States, pleaded guilty to unlawful re-entry and was sentenced this week to five and a half months in federal prison. After sentencing, prosecutors said Ac would be deported for the third time.

Similarly, Ac has also been accused of having ties to the Los Zetas Cartel which operates much of the drug trafficking and human smuggling along the Texas-Mexico border. When a search warrant was executed at his home, Ac allegedly provided detectives with two Colorado driver’s licenses, an ID from Guatemala and an ID from Mexico.

Meanwhile, Dubon faces charges of unlawful possession of firearms after Richmond police raided his residence months ago and seized two semi-automatic rifles and a semi-automatic pistol.

While Ac has arrived through the southern border several times, Dubon arrived years ago on a nonimmigrant visa but overstayed that visa by four years. Although he overstayed his visa, he was never deported.
