Trump loudly heckled at Libertarian National Convention

Former President Donald Trump encountered an unusually tough crowd Saturday night at the Libertarian National Convention as the audience booed him loudly and used noisemakers to drown out his speech.

The first or former president to speak at the third party convention, Trump made several major promises to libertarians in the crowded and noisy room, including assuring the audience that he would name a libertarian to his cabinet if he was elected in November. But the presumptive Republican nominee also taunted the third party that typically garners about 1 to 3 percent of the vote in presidential elections, saying they should nominate him if they want to win.
