Truck hits parked vehicles and rolls over in front of house

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – It was chaos in the Nestor neighborhood of San Diego late Thursday night after a driver crashed his van into several parked vehicles and rolled over in front of a house.

At approximately 11:30 p.m., a truck struck several vehicles parked in the 3000 block of Wardlow Avenue before tipping over and destroying a fence and plants in the front yard of a house.

The driver was able to crawl out of the wreckage and suffered minor injuries, but was not taken to hospital.

San Diego Police told ABC 10News that the driver would be assessed for a possible DUI.

No other injuries were reported.
