Transfer the news LIVE! Arsenal hunt Pino; Chelsea target £50m Gordon bid from Aubameyang; Tottenham last

Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham all remain on the hunt for key new signings as we inch ever closer to the summer transfer deadline. Arsenal are chasing Villarreal youngster Yeremy Pino, with a move for Youri Tielemans looking increasingly unlikely ahead of the September 1 deadline. The Gunners could choose to try and sign the Belgian for free next summer.

Chelsea are one of the busiest clubs in Europe with Anthony Gordon reportedly a top target. Frenkie de Jong is said to prefer a move to Stamford Bridge over Manchester United in a huge boost for Thomas Tuchel. They also saw an initial offer rejected by Barcelona for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and the Blues are expected to make a new game for Leicester’s Wesley Fofana this week.

Destiny Udogie is set to undergo a medical at Tottenham after being left out of Udinese’s last squad, but links with Nicolo Zaniolo have cooled. Manchester United, meanwhile, are pushing to sign Adrien Rabiot after being hampered by Brentford and could also swoop in for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Mauro Icardi, among others.

Valued at around £40m, the teenager received a 9/10 from Spanish newspaper AS for his performance.

They wrote: “He played a key role in resolving the game with a superb assist for [Nicolas] Jackson after haggling his marker. Previously, he shot on goal, which the goalkeeper saved, and set up countless dribbles with which he generated advantages.
