Harry Kane’s 22nd Premier League goal of the season helped Tottenham move up to sixth after a routine 2-0 win over Wolves. Great Sunday.
Kane struck on the stroke of halftime after being released by Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, and the Dane brought in Spurs second after the interval after Rui Patricio deflected Gareth Bale’s shot straight into that lane.
Fabio Silva endured a disproportionate afternoon in front of goal as he missed an unrivaled chance to bring Wolves back into the game, Nuno Espirito Santo’s side recorded in a 15th league loss of the season.
The result sees Spurs jump West Ham to sixth place with 59 points, five points behind Chelsea in fourth place with two games to go, while Wolves remain in 12th place.
