Tom Schwartz has set his sights on another Katie.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star — who finalized his divorce from Katie Maloney in October 2022 — flirts with “Below Deck Mediterranean” chief stew Katie Flood in the new “Winter House” Season 3 trailer.
“I’m obviously super single,” Flood, 31, told Schwartz, 40, during a car ride in the teaser released by Bravo on Wednesday.
“So, do you come here often?” » The co-owner of Schwartz & Sandy’s responds facetiously, to which the New Zealand native responds with a laugh: “Goodbye!”
Elsewhere in the trailer, Flood admits to castmates Danielle Olivera and Malia White that she has a crush on Schwartz.
“I feel attracted to Tom,” she says.
In another scene, Schwartz tells “Summer House” star Olivera, 34, that he thinks Flood is “so hot” but feels uncomfortable pursuing another woman named Katie.

“I could never date someone named Katie,” he asserts, later adding in a confessional: “It’s the universe that interests me. It’s a good joke.
But that doesn’t seem to stop them: In one brief moment, Schwartz and Flood are said to sneak into a bathroom to put her on – and at one point, he opens the door to throw her bra on the floor at the exterior.
While Schwartz explores a potential romance with Flood, Olivera — who is single after splitting from chef Robert Sieber last year — is doing the same with “Below Deck Sailing Yacht” hunk Alex Propson.
Meanwhile, Kory Keefer gives an update on the status of her relationship with her “Summer House” co-star Sam Feher.
“We didn’t make it an exclusive,” he says after “Below Deck Mediterranean” star White and “Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard” star Jordan Emanuel each expressed interest in owning the venue sport.
Asked if he would consider doing Feher, 26, his girlfriend, Keefer, 33, admitted: “I don’t know.”
Feher eventually arrives at the Steamboat Springs, Colorado, house — cohabited by an array of Bravolebrities — where she argues with White, 33, about the latter’s kitchen-kissing partner, Keefer.
“He didn’t call you a girlfriend,” White tells Feher. “But I respect who you are.”
Feher, visibly furious, then responds: “That is clearly not the case. Look at me. This is clearly not the case!
Season 3 of “Winter House” was filmed in February and March. Feher went public with her relationship with Keefer in April, telling Page Six at the time, “Kory is my boyfriend!” It’s so weird. I haven’t had a boyfriend in so long!
“Winter House” returns to Bravo on Tuesday, October 24 at 9 p.m. ET.
