Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney move out after divorce

Bubba-bye, home!

Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney packed up and moved out of their Los Angeles home on Tuesday amid their divorce.

“Update…in case you were wondering…I just live in the middle of a sea of boxes,” Maloney, 35, captioned a photo on her Instagram story of her -even surrounded by cardboard boxes on Sunday. “Moving in 2 days.”

For his part, Schwartz, 39, posted a photo of various boxes stacked on top of each other in the estranged couple’s living room and added a red heart emoji. He also shared a photo of their two dogs, Butter and Gordo, standing at the top of their staircase and wrote, “Children of divorce.”

The ‘Vanderpump Rules’ stars, who have been living together since announcing their separation in March, did not say where they are each moving. It doesn’t appear that their former home in the Valley Village neighborhood is still on the market.

Schwartz joked that their dogs were “divorce children.”

Maloney previously told Page Six that neither of them wanted to live alone in their marital home because it was “too much house.”

“It’s a big four bedroom house. We don’t need this on our own,” she told us in April.

Schwartz also gave some insight into their moving process.

The “You’re Gonna Love Me” podcast host added that she and Schwartz have even “helped each other find places” to live.

“We are working on moving. It’s a bit sad, I’m not going to lie. But I’m really happy for Katie. That’s the next chapter, I guess,” the co-owner of TomTom told us that evening.

The “Vanderpump Rules” stars stunned many Bravo fans when they announced their split in March.

The former couple bought their modern farmhouse for $1.925 million in 2019. The 3,442 square foot home features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a swimming pool and a hot tub. To top it off, the house is less than two miles from their co-stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix and Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright.

Maloney filed for divorce from Schwartz on March 22 after nearly three years of marriage.

The estranged couple, who hope to remain friends, were together for 12 years before going their separate ways. They tied the knot in front of Bravo cameras in August 2016 and remarried in Las Vegas in July 2019 when they realized their marriage had never been legal.
