Tom Homan warns MS-13 gang members are now operational in 40 of 50 states


Former ICE Acting Director Tom Homan told “Fox & Friends” on Thursday that members of the MS-13 gang were carrying out extortion programs in the United States against immigrant communities because of the relaxed policies of the Biden administration.

TOM HOMAN: When I was a special agent, it was Chinese nationals and Nigerian nationals who did a lot of extortion and “criminal tourism”. But, there is an increase now because they know this administration is not strong in law enforcement. Most of our big cities are not strong at enforcing the law. Right now it’s a bit shifted from China and Nigeria to Central America, and why? Because MS-13 has gained a foothold in 40 states, 40 out of 50 states have MS-13 there, and they’re the founders of the extortion. They extort the same community in which they live, the immigrant communities.
