Todd Boehly’s Eldridge makes its first bet on the energy transition with the Ausenco agreement


Todd Boehly’s holding company, Eldridge Industries, which owns stakes in the Los Angeles Dodgers Major League Baseball team and the A24 movie studio, is making its first bet on the economy’s transition to energy clean.

The Greenwich, Conn.-based company is leading the acquisition of Australian mining-focused engineering and consulting services provider Ausenco in a deal worth approximately $578 million.
