Tiger Woods was driving at “excessive speed” when he crashed his car in Los Angeles in February, police said.

The golfer’s vehicle was traveling over 87 mph in a 45 mph zone, according to the LA County Sheriff’s Office.

He was traveling at 75 mph when he made his career in a tree, having possibly hit the accelerator instead of the brake.
