Thomas Barrack, chairman of Trump’s inaugural committee, arrested on federal charges

Thomas Barrack, chairman of former President Donald Trump’s inaugural committee in 2017, was arrested Tuesday on federal charges, according to several law enforcement officials familiar with the matter.

The charges are unrelated to the inaugural fund, the sources said. He was arrested in the Los Angeles area.
