“The first time or two I used this I didn’t think anything was going on. I didn’t have the discomfort a lot of people describe or really any specific sensations (except I also noticed tingling in my left hand which took a while to subside and after regular use of this product has not been a problem). However, in the morning I noticed my neck was SO much less tense (even after the first use). I feel like I have a greater range of motion. I’ve been using it probably 5-10 minutes 4-5 days a week so far (I’ve had it for about 2 weeks) so I don’t see any results in my “technical neck bump” and maybe I won’t.

Also, for months before using it, I had hip/groin issues in one hip joint. My overall hip pain/ache hasn’t gone away, but I’m noticing better mobility and less pain/tightness in the particular joint I’ve been having trouble with for months. It may be a coincidence, but I’ll take it!

“I didn’t think this could be the solution I was looking for, but I was willing to give it a shot. The other options were the neck strap, which looks totally effective, but something about hanging the head near the door bothers me..and a vertical table, which I’ve used and LOVE, but it’s extra (meaning I don’t have room for this crazy contraption maybe when I’m 50). What does it do for me/how do I use it?
• it relieves my neck, shoulder and even lower back pain in 10 to 30 minutes.
• At a minimum, I use it twice a week for 5-10 minutes (but usually longer if I have time) and just lay on the floor with it tucked under my neck and the base pressed against my shoulders. You take deep, thoughtful breaths and let your head fall back. As you breathe, you will feel your neck making room for the tension to pass and be relieved. Make sure you don’t tense your shoulders, you will and that’s okay, just catch yourself and really let yourself continue to drop into the stretch. BREATHE THROUGH TENSION IS THE MEDICINE. This pillow guides your spinal cord into alignment. Also pay attention to how even your hips/pelvis will need to realign when you lay there.
• This alone allows me to go into town sleeping on my side.
• since I’m a side sleeper with double-jointed shoulders that pop out of the socket when I sleep, as well as a herniated disc in my lower back — for years, on a daily basis, I woke up with the most intense pains in my shoulder blade, neck and lower back. It’s worse on weekdays when I’m working on a laptop and tilting my neck stupidly, but this pillow completely eradicated that pain about 3 days after purchase. So we can all agree, I’m obsessed.
• if I don’t use it every week, my pain will come back because my work habits and phone habits seem to force me into terrible posture :/
