The Waukesha Massacre “Wasn’t an Accident … Don’t Downplay” the Crime

Left-wing activist actress Debra Messing found herself unusually on the opposite side of the left-wing media on Wednesday when she took to Twitter to berate the media for saying the attack on Waukesha’s Christmas parade was a simple “accident”.

While media after media have called the Nov. 21 outrage an “accident” or “car crash,” Messing has found herself at odds with people she generally agrees with. Messing was outraged that the “mainstream media” failed to label the alleged actions of suspect Darrell E. Brooks, Jr. for what they are. In his opinion, this is a “massacre”.

“Dear mainstream media, a man intentionally drove his car through a parade, killing 6 people and injuring over 50. It was not an ACCIDENT,” Messing tweeted on November 24. “Call him by name #WaukeshaMassacre. And it was a domestic terrorist attack. Don’t minimize. Please.”

Messing responded to the arrest of Brooks, who is accused of ramming an SUV into crowds of people attending the Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin, killing six people, including a child, and injuring at least 62 others.

Prosecutors called Brooks’ actions “intentional.” So far, there has been no release of any information detailing his alleged motives for driving his car at high speed through the crowds of parade spectators.

As Breitbart News reported on Tuesday, one media outlet after another insisted on labeling the parade attack an “accident” or downplaying it as a mere “car accident”.
