The staggered reopening of shops on the Franco-Belgian border generates frustrations – RT en français

On either side of the border, the restrictive measures affecting traders do not follow the same timetable, producing a distortion of competition between border establishments. Frustration on the Belgian side, windfall on the French side.

Distraught, Belgian traders impatiently await the end of confinement, scheduled for December 1 in the flat country, in order to be able to reopen their establishments.

Meanwhile, this weekend, the Belgians crossed the border to do their shopping in French shops. While some of the French traders were able to take advantage of the windfall, this does not prevent a feeling of support and understanding of the frustration felt in Belgium.
