Microsoft kicked off its Black Friday sales with strong discounts on its line of Surface laptops and related accessories, with some models enjoying discounts of up to $ 600. Many of these models are also available as a bundle that gets you discounts on services like Microsoft 365 and accessories like the Surface Headphones 2 and Surface Pen.
While some of these extras only get discounted if you buy them as part of a set, we’ve included a few of the accessories that you can purchase individually that are currently on sale. And if you’re looking for more exciting deals this week, be sure to check out our Black Friday hub in addition to our roundup of the best anticipated Black Friday deals.
The high-end model of the Microsoft Surface Laptop Go is currently on sale for $ 700, which is $ 200 less than the standard price. In our initial review, Monica Chin found the original price of $ 900 to be a bit steep. However, this deal makes the original iteration of this laptop a bit more palatable. This compact laptop is equipped with an Intel Core i5 processor, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of built-in storage. While this is by far the best price we’ve seen for this laptop, we wouldn’t recommend paying more for this particular configuration.
The slightly upgraded sequel to the original Laptop Go, the Surface Go 2, also gets a solid discount, with most builds getting $ 150 off their regular price. The top-of-the-line model features an Intel Core M3 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage and came down to $ 580, making it the lowest price we’ve seen for this laptop. According to our test, the Surface Go 2 has improved over the original but barely. Much like the previous model, the price made the specs of this laptop a bit hard to sell. However, with this offer it is a little easier to recommend.
This model of the Surface Laptop Pro 7 has been slashed by $ 400, bringing the total price down to just $ 800. This setup normally costs over $ 1,000, making it one of the best prices we’ve ever seen for this particular model. This configuration includes an Intel Core i5 processor, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage space. Microsoft also has a great deal on a more powerful model that includes a Core i7 processor and doubles the RAM and storage space for $ 1,300, reducing the normal MSRP by $ 600. It’s a great deal too, but if you just need more storage, it would be more worthwhile to invest in a MicroSD card. None of these models come with a Typer Cover or Surface Pen, but Microsoft also offers discounts on these accessories, whether you buy them alone or as part of a bundle. Read our review.
A solid entry into the Surface laptop lineup, the Surface Pro 7 Plus is currently available cheaply, but only if you buy one as part of a plan. The two models on offer both include 8 GB of RAM and a 128 GB SSD, but use different processors. The low-end version uses an Intel Core i3 processor and costs $ 650, while the Core i5 version costs $ 750. Whichever version you go with, that $ 250 discount is the best price you can get for this laptop right now, especially when you add the Surface Pro Type Cover to the mix.
The blanket is the only required part of this set, which is normally available for $ 130 but is reduced to $ 50 as part of this set. You can also save on other accessories, like the Surface Pen and services like Microsoft 365, but those are completely optional. Read our review.
While Microsoft hasn’t discounted the Surface Pro 8, it is currently offering its accessories at a discount if you buy everything as part of a package. Some of the highlights include $ 56 off a Surface Pro Signature keyboard with the Slim Pen 2 and a pair of Surface 2 headphones for $ 200, a $ 50 off their regular MSRP. However, unlike the 7 Plus pack on offer, you are required to add a Microsoft 365 subscription and a Microsoft protection plan to your purchase. These mandatory add-ons will add at least $ 190 to your purchase. If you’re on the hunt for those extra freebies this is a great way to save on accessories, but if not, we recommend going for the offered 7 Plus pack instead.
The best price we’ve ever seen for the Surface Laptop 4, all models of this 15-inch laptop are currently discounted by $ 150. The specific model used by Monica Chin in our review fell to just $ 1,550. She noted the tremendous improvement this model has over the Surface Laptop 3 and in particular the positive impact of adding an AMD processor on overall performance. This model uses a Ryzen 7 processor paired with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD, but there are options available with up to 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
This curved ergonomic mouse is currently available at a bargain price, dropping the regular price from $ 100 to $ 77 in black and $ 80 in white. This rechargeable mouse can last up to three months on a single charge and is perfect for it. The mouse can be paired with your device via Bluetooth or using the included 2.4 GHz wireless dongle. There are six programmable buttons, and just like Logitech’s Master series of ergonomic mice, the Precision Mouse features a scroll wheel that can either move in steps or be released to scroll through large pages.
This set, now available on Amazon and Best Buy, cuts the regular price of this incredible ergonomic package by $ 50. For just $ 80, you get the futuristic-looking Sculpt keyboard, ergonomic mouse, and stand-alone number pad. If you buy from Best Buy, you’ll even get a free three-month Microsoft 365 subscription to sweeten the deal.
