The Russian army continued to bombard the Beryslav district of the Kherson region.
Volodymyr Litvinov, the head of the district military administration, wrote this on Telegram, reports Ukrinform.
“The Russian army keeps hitting the populated areas of the Beryslav district. Throughout the day, the territorial communities of Beryslav, Novooleksandrivka, Mylove, Novoraisk and Tiahynka came under enemy fire from the occupiers. Among them are the town of Beryslav, the villages of Novoberyslav, Zmiivka, Tomaryne, Novooleksandrivka, Mykhailivka, Zolota Balka, Havrylivka, Dudchany, Respublikanets, Kachkarivka, Chervonyi Mayak, Tiahynka, Mykolaivka, Olhivka and Odradokamianka,” the report said.
As a result of enemy shelling, residential buildings and agricultural buildings were damaged.
“Unfortunately, near the village of Kalynivske, one person was injured after the explosion of an unknown object,” the report said.
As Ukrinform reported, a humanitarian convoy arrived in the community of Beryslav. These are essential elements provided by the International Organization for Migration. Four trucks transported 40 tonnes of relief supplies, namely hygiene kits, blankets, mattresses, towels, flashlights, thermos flasks, as well as special kits for people with reduced mobility and medicines.
