The 6th promotion of the 212 Founders program unveiled
CDG Invest, through its 212Founders program, has selected the 12 incubated startups of its sixth Winter23 promotion.
“The sixth call for projects launched by 212Founders has been very popular withentrepreneurs At Morocco and in Europe. The program’s investment committee received more than 277 files to select the startups which will constitute the Winter23 promotion”, specifies CDG Invest in a press release.
Thus, 12 startups were selected to join the program: GroIno, Gokaden, Paramedic, Retco, BlueDove, Deepleaf, PopCard, Matricis.ai, Tinkiet, Exwayz, Entroview, Qaal, says the same source. These startups, based in Africa and Europe, operate in different business sectors: Fintech, DeepTech, MedTech, Mobility, SaaS, PropTech, etc. All are either founded by Moroccans or have the ambition to develop in Africa and the Middle East by relying on Morocco’s strategic assets to develop in the region. Startups based in France will be welcomed into the largest startup campus in the world: Station F.
212Founders: Tailor-made support to the highest international standards
Startups in the Winter23 promotion will benefit from a comprehensive support and financing program to the best international standards. The program offers high-level support delivered by renowned entrepreneurs and mentors, with funding of up to 7MDH in Seed and up to 10MDH in Series A. This program will also allow selected startups to benefit from an ecosystem referent mentors in entrepreneurship and sectoral experts, in order to intervene on development issues, whether in Morocco or internationally.
As a reminder, since its launch in 2019, 212Founders has to date secured 14 Seed and Series A financings for a total amount of 76.3 million dirhams.
