Texts show Sean Hannity taking Election Day helm from Mark Meadows

The texts show Hannity taking the lead from Trump’s chief of staff, Mark Meadows, and responding, in a truly journalistic fashion, “Yes sir.”

As a huge fan of Fox News host Sean Hannity, I was delighted to learn that on Election Day 2020 he was in close contact with President Donald Trump’s Chief of Staff, getting instructions on the best way to help the re-election effort.

CNN first reported on Nov. 3, 2020, text messages between Hannity and chief of staff Mark Meadows, in which Meadows told the host to “emphasize every vote counts” and Hannity, in the manner of a real journalist, replied, “Yes sir.” He then asked Meadows, “Any place in particular, we need a boost.”
