Chicago police said five to six suspects used two vehicles to force the front door of a River North business early Tuesday during a break-in burglary.
Authorities say the theft happened in the 700 block of North Franklin just before 6 a.m. Tuesday.
The suspects used two vehicles, a pickup truck and a white sedan, to force their way through the front of the building. The suspects then entered the business, stole an undetermined quantity of merchandise and fled in the van.
Police say the white sedan was abandoned at the scene.
No injuries were reported during the burglary and the Area Three detective is investigating.
