Suspected carjacker leads police on multi-freeway pursuit – NBC Los Angeles

A suspected carjacker led the California Highway Patrol on a chase, crossing several highways.

CHP followed the driver on Interstate 110 at average speed.

The chase ended on Highway 405 near the Springdale Street exit in Westminster after police deployed a spike strip across the exit, deflating the truck’s right front tire.

The driver was in a black Toyota Tundra.

Police arrested the man after he exited the vehicle.
