Surgeon proudly advertises transgender surgeries on TikTok

A Miami-based surgeon proudly advertises transgender surgeries on the Communist China-influenced app TikTok, as the radical left continues its not-so-subtle efforts to prepare children both in classrooms and on social networks.

Dr. Sidhbh Gallagher is a Miami-based surgeon who specializes in transgender surgeries, including male-to-female (MTF), female-to-male (FTM), and non-binary (NB) surgeries. She has over 271,000 subscribers with 7.3 million likes on the platform.

Her page features dozens of videos advertising her expertise in surgically altering an individual to appear as their desired gender. Several of his latest videos deal with issues related to upper and lower surgery:

In a video, posted on August 22, she answers a question about how to “masculinize” a confused woman’s torso.

“The most common way of maximizing the torso, which is liposuction, is that it goes very well with top surgery, so many times we will combine it in same time,” she said, explaining that they were aiming to get rid of it. “extra padding” on the sides to create a “straighter appearance from top to bottom”.

“What’s really cool about this operation is that once the cells are gone, their shape will be changed for nothing, so even if you were to gain weight, it would look a little more like a daddy’s body and would win “not go back to the same curves,” she added.

Other videos feature Gallagher showing young transgender people bragging about their surgeries, providing the caption “no need for T”. She also has a TikTok Express annoyance at ‘ignorant’ politicians who apparently spread ‘harmful myths’ about her gender-affirming surgeries.

In another video, posted in April, Gallagher explains how they create artificial testicles for women who want to be men.

“So typically when we create the testicles for trans male bottom surgery, we use implants to do that. There are two types on the market,” she explains.

“There are saline implants, which I tend not to use because I find that patients don’t tolerate them as well. And then there are these guys,” she saidholding a silicone implant.

“They feel really natural. They are available in different sizes. You decide with your doctor what the right size is for you, and that’s it,” she said.

In another video, Gallagher expresses his frustration with transaction with what she describes as an insurance company’s “non-evidence-based access control rules” that she believes she invented to “prevent the patient from receiving gender-affirming care.”

Other videos show the surgeon reacting happily to what is presumably her topless patients dancing postoperative.

“It looks great !!” she wrote in another featuring a biological woman grooming herself as a man.

The push follows attempts by the left to continue normalizing radical gender-change procedures for confused men and women while deeming hateful critics for questioning the science (or lack thereof) behind the procedures. Boston Children’s Hospital is one of the latest to be in the spotlight with its Gender Surgery Center, which offers a “full suite of surgical options for transgender teens and young adults.” However, the hospital backtracked after the backlash, saying it does not offer genital surgeries to those under 18, despite a previous version of the website stating that a patient must be “at least 17 to vaginoplasty.” Additionally, the hospital is open to performing thoracic surgeries on eligible individuals as young as 15 years old.

Recently, following a report requested by the Secretary of the Florida Health Care Administration Agency (AHCA), it was found that transgender procedures, including puberty blockers and surgeries, have not been shown to be “safe or effective”, but are in fact “experimental and experimental”. As a result, the state barred Medicaid from covering transgender procedures.
