Forbes Media editor Steve Forbes said on Friday that the Biden administration is “morally wrong” in its handling of the Russia-Ukraine war.

“The fact is that the administration is not doing all it can to enable Ukraine to win this war. Ukraine, properly armed, would win this war militarily and in terms of depriving Russia of the means to fight against Ukraine, we still haven’t imposed full sanctions. We still allow Russia’s energy to die out. … Why don’t we sanction all oil?” Forbes told “The Faulkner Focus”.

Forbes said many experts are proposing that the money Russia receives from gas and oil purchases be placed in an escrow account.

“Putin will not close his oil fields and gas fields. We did the same with the Iranians because it is extremely disruptive for the present and the future. The Russians have a choice: they can get the money if they stop the war in Ukraine or the money stays in escrow. Why don’t we do things like that?”

Forbes explained that the Biden administration is always at least one step behind with its policies.

“We have a chance to win a huge victory for freedom in Ukraine and I think that this administration, in a more reprehensible way, will not give Ukraine the weapons it needs, will not put all the economic weapons to get Russia to stop what it is doing in Ukraine. Absolutely outrageous.
