Stephen A. Smith says 49ers must make move to win Super Bowl

It’s crazy to think that the San Francisco 49ers – once the most dominant force in the National Football League – haven’t won a Super Bowl in nearly three decades.
They’ve been knocking on the door quite often lately, even losing in the big game a few times over the past decade.
The Niners have put together one of the most stacked and talented rosters in the entire league, but quarterback play continues to be the only thing standing in the way of another ring.
That’s why sports analyst Stephen A. Smith thinks they should do their due diligence to try to trade for Lamar Jackson, who isn’t liked by the Baltimore Ravens.
“First of all, San Francisco should offer Trey Lance, picks, players, whatever (for) they can get Lamar Jackson,” Smith said on First Take. “If Lamar Jackson was in the San Francisco 49ers, they won it all.”
“If Lamar Jackson was in the San Francisco 49ers, they win EVERYTHING.”

Smith thinks the Niners should offer everything they can to land Jackson, going so far as to say they’d win a Super Bowl with him.
Truth be told, it’s hard to dispute that claim.
The Niners went to the NFC Championship Game with a room QB consisting of Lance, Jimmy Garoppolo and Mr. Irrelevant Brock Purdy.
They have one of the best running games in the league, and their talented corps of players is nothing short of remarkable, not to mention they have an elite defense.
Jackson is one of the best dual-threat QBs this league has ever seen, and his ability to scramble would take the Niners offense to a whole new dimension.
Lamar doesn’t feel respected in Baltimore, and the Ravens have made it clear they don’t think losing him would be the end of the world, so maybe John Lynch should listen to Stephen A.
