Stephanie McMahon provided an update on Triple H’s health speaking to talkSPORT during Survivor Series.
Speaking to us at an event to celebrate the renewal of their global partnership with the Special Olympics for another three years, McMahon said The Game, real name Paul Leveque, is doing well after his “heart event. “.
“Paul ‘Triple H’ is doing great, thank you very much for asking,” Stephanie told us.
With Survivor Series the subject of the weekend, WWE celebrated the 25th anniversary of The Rock’s debut in the business.
Stephanie recalled some of her famous moments facing The Great One, especially her hellish slap on him at WrestleMania 31.
“I have a lot of funny on-screen memories with The Rock. I think I slapped him the hardest I’ve ever slapped him at WrestleMania 31 at Levi’s Stadium.
“It was a good, it was a good. It felt like I put it in [laughs]. I was almost like ‘oooh, that was a little too hard!’
“But then he brought in Ronda Rousey and eventually she broke my arm and everything, so eventually he hit me back,” McMaho said with a beaming smile.
“Always fun to come and go doing promos with The Rock. He always won, sure, but that’s okay,” McMahon concluded.
McMahon and her husband Triple H have three daughters and with the wrestling business in McMahon’s blood, it wouldn’t be surprising if they were to follow in their parents’ footsteps.
Stephanie and her brother Shane McMahon started young in WWE, so will her kids get involved anytime soon?
“We have three daughters, Triple H and I, they’re 15, 13 and 11. Our oldest said when she was eight, ‘Mum, I don’t want your dad. Dad, I don’t want your job. I want pops [Vince McMahon] job.
“So just like her grandfather, she wants to be the boss so we’ll see what happens with my oldest daughter who has already started training in the ring.
“My youngest daughter is also very interested but she is all about the personality [laughs]. Oh my God, I can’t wait to see what she’s gonna do.
