Springcoast raises over $500M in small tech deals so far


Tech-focused Springcoast Capital Partners has so far raised more than $500 million for its first blended fund and a related investment vehicle, according to people familiar with the offering.

The New York firm initially sought to raise between $300 million and $500 million for its first blended fund, WSJ Pro Private Equity previously reported. A regulatory filing for Springcoast Partners I LP from late September lists an offering amount of $350 million for the fund.
