Sophie Turner Smiles While Filming Show After Joe Jonas Filed For Divorce – Hollywood Life

Sophie Turner27, looked as happy as could be while filming her new show, Jane, in Spain on Thursday. The actress, who recently made headlines thanks to her and Joe Jonas‘, announced earlier this month, flashed a big smile as she was photographed wearing a short-sleeved blue bodysuit and high-waisted jeans while in character on set. She also showed off short blonde hair and bright red lipstick and gold earrings.

Sophie plays jewel thief Joan Hannington in the series and has been busy filming scenes on location in recent weeks. Before her latest appearance, she was spotted filming while smoking a cigarette on September 12. It was the first time she had been seen publicly since news of her divorce from Joe became public, and she looked relaxed while wearing a black tank top and gray biker shorts. She was also seen kissing her co-star Frank Dillane during filming.

Sophie started working on Jane four months ago. This new role has her spending a lot of time in Europe, and it’s unclear when she will finish working on the project.

On September 6, Sophie and Joe released a joint statement confirming their separation after a September 3 report said they had “serious problems” with their marriage for six months. Joe also filed for divorce the same day as their announcement.

“After four wonderful years of marriage, we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage,” the former lovebirds wrote in the statement. “There is much speculation as to why, but this is actually a joint decision, and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.”

At the time of their separation, Sophie and Joe, married in May 2019, share two children, including a daughter Willa, 3 years old, and a one-year-old daughter whose name has not yet been publicly revealed. Joe requested joint custody when filing for divorce and “frequent and ongoing contact with both parties,” according to TMZ.
