“There were days when I didn’t know if I was going to make it,” she admitted. “I was calling my lawyer and saying, ‘I can’t do this. I just can’t.’ I was never strong enough to defend myself.”

“Finally, after two weeks of routine, she reminded me that it was for my children that I was fighting,” Sophie remembers. “Whenever someone says to me, ‘Do it for your children,’ I do it. I wouldn’t do it for myself, but I will find the strength for them.”
