COOPER COUNTY, MO (KCTV) – A big bust for a drug sniffer dog from Missouri.
Nearly 76 pounds of methamphetamine were discovered during a traffic stop on Interstate 70 at the 96-mile terminal in Cooper County on Sunday night.
Soldiers say it is difficult to say the exact street value due to several factors such as quality and start / end destination.
“If you want to break it down by the gram, that’s how most of the methamphetamine ends up being sold once it’s distributed at street level deals, that seizure is worth millions,” the soldiers said.
Most people put ice in their cooler, but it’s not ice they’re talking about. State Troopers stopped this vehicle last night on I-70 at the 96 mile terminal in Cooper County and found 75 pounds of methamphetamine with the help of a Cooper County K-9 Sheriff’s Department. pic.twitter.com/Fsj3V58o1V
