Shannon Beador was criticized for gossiping about Gina Kirschenheiter’s drunk driving arrest in a few episodes of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” that aired just weeks before she was arrested for her own driving while intoxicated and an alleged hit-and-run.
Beador, 59, told Jennifer Pedranti, 46, over dinner that Kirschenheiter was “about to be arrested” and that her children “would have gone to child protective services.”
Beador then claimed she gave Kirschenheiter, 30, the contact information of a friend who “called the prosecutor” and stopped her children from being taken away.
The conversation picked up in the following week’s episode, when the cast members were enjoying a day of pumpkin carving.
“So I’m going to have to tell you, Gina obviously took me aside, uh, Jenn told her that you brought up CPS at your party? This CPS was coming to pick up his children? Tamra Judge told Beador during the water bottle drive.
But the Real For Real founder immediately denied the accusation, despite her words being caught by Bravo cameras, and accused Pendrati of spreading lies.
“Jenn, did you say I said CPS was coming for Gina’s kids?” What are you talking about? I would never say that! » Beador shouted across the table.
She then continued to assure the group that she “never said it.”

“God struck me dead, that’s when I know I didn’t say something, okay? So stop stirring things up, Jenn. Jesus Christ,” Beador shouted.
Kirschenheiter, for her part, intervened, denying that she ever risked having her children taken from her.
“That’s not true!” Kirschenheiter screamed. “No one has a DUI and then their kids are taken away from them!” Let’s forget about it!
And when Beador insisted the cops were going to arrest him in the morning, saying “they had to be there,” Kirschenheiter replied, “No, they weren’t, they weren’t scheduled.” How do you know? Did you clock in with the cops?

In a confessional, Kirschenheiter opened up about how hurt she was by Beador spreading false information about her 2019 drunk driving arrest.
“Shannon says stupid things and then she wants to pretend she didn’t do it, and if you can say things that are so hurtful without even remembering that you said it, you need to go check it out. in rehab,” Kirschenheiter said in a confessional.
Kirschenheiter failed to show up for her court hearing shortly after she was arrested for drunk driving. His lawyer apparently did not realize that his request to postpone the date had been rejected and the police issued an arrest warrant for Kirschenheiter.

However, Beador came to Kirschenheiter’s aid and gave him the contact information of a “friend.” The “friend,” famed criminal defense attorney Michael Fell, later got the warrant quashed.
“I put my children first, so to insinuate that the authorities would take my children away, that they would consider me an unfit parent, that’s fucked up,” Kirschenheiter said through tears during the confessional.
Kirschenheiter, who stopped drinking alcohol after her arrest, shares sons Nicholas and Luca and daughter Sienna Rose with ex-husband Matt.
Beador found herself in her own legal trouble after she was arrested for allegedly crashing into a house in Newport Beach, Calif., on Sunday.

She allegedly drove off after crashing into the residential property before parking in the middle of the street and pretending to walk her dog, TMZ reported Monday.
Police determined Beador was intoxicated and took her into custody where she was booked on DUI and hit-and-run charges.
Bravolebrity’s car was seized during the police investigation and she was released without bail.
Beador, who broke up with boyfriend John Janssen after three and a half years together in January, has been on her worst behavior in recent months.

Page Six exclusively reported that Beador was “wasted” and had to be “removed” from a California bar after getting into a heated argument with Janssen’s daughter.
Janssen confirmed an argument took place but denied Beador was kicked out, telling us: “It was late at night, the lights were on and everyone was asked to leave. »
