Shakti Arora LEFT the show because he didn’t want to play the father of a 28-year-old; said, ‘Humara age difference…’

A huge leap will soon be introduced in Shraddha Arya And Shakti Arora featured tv show Kundali Bhagya. Shakti Arora entered Kundali Bhagya in June last year. He originally played Arjun Suryavanshi in Kundali Bhagya. Shakti aka Arjun was revealed to be Karan Lutra all along. Shakti Arora recently left Kundali Bhagya as he did not want to play the adult father role on the show. Soon, Paras Kalnawat, Sana Sayyad and Baseer Bob will enter the show. Shraddha Arya was cast in the series as Preeta. In a recent interview, Shakti revealed why he doesn’t want to age on screen and more. Shakti Arora talks about leaving Kundali Bhagya

Entertainment News has been abuzz with the news of Shraddha Arya’s huge generational leap and Shakti Arora star Kundali Bhagya. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Shakti shared that he didn’t want to play the father of a 28-year-old man. “Jahan humaara age difference 4-5 saal ka ho, waha I use beta bolu. That was a major reason,” he shared. The actor was also not ready to step down from the central character. The generational jump will now focus on the characters of Paras Kalnawat, Sana Sayyad, and Baseer Bob. Shakti Arora shared that he was not ready to play Kundali Bhagya’s second character. He was going to lose center stage and have played the lead role where the story revolved around him. He played both Karan and Arjun which was a challenge for him as an actor. Shakti shared that he loves working because getting a good job on TV is quite difficult. When he learned that center stage would be given to someone else, he decided to peacefully take an exit and let other people take over the show. Shakti on Screen Aging

Shakti Arora also reasons that he has been signed up to the show for a certain age and wants to represent the same age group till last. He adds that he can’t try and turn 80 from a 30 year old all of a sudden. When asked if he wouldn’t do supporting or side lead roles on shows for creative satisfaction, Shakti shared that he had done such roles earlier in his career. He wants to move forward and not go down a level. Shakti now wants to explore more diverse genres and roles.
