Aaron Rodgers took over as guest host “Jeopardy!” as seriously as he takes his football.
Actress Shailene Woodley revealed on Monday the efforts of Green Bay Packers quarterback Rodgers, her fiancé, to prepare to host episodes of the game show that air in April.
“Big Little Lies” star Woodley told Seth Meyers that Rodgers would binge watch older episodes of the show for hours when she was filming. He made piles of notes and rehearsed with it.
“I opened the trash and just saw a bunch of empty takeout containers and milkshake cups that he ordered on Uber Eats. And I was like, ‘You literally just ate Uber and watched’ Jeopardy ‘ all day today, ”she recalls.
But Woodley didn’t blame Rodgers for working hard. “It was actually really inspiring to see his unwavering commitment to learning every part of ‘Jeopardy! game, ”she said. “It was fun.”
