The National Labor Relations Board accused the company of hundreds of labor law violations, denying raises and other benefits to pro-union workers.

In a case from Buffalo, New York, earlier this month, an administrative judge found that Starbucks used — and I quote — “gross and general misconduct” in an effort involving 20 stores. But Schultz insisted the company never broke the law.
