See Meghan Trainor and Daryl Sabara’s son Riley make his TV debut

She also spoke about her breastfeeding experience and her decision to stop and bottle-feed.

“I’ve done a lot of research before, for example, why is breastfeeding so difficult? Meghan said. “Especially with a cesarean, my body wasn’t like, ‘Alright, time to make some milk.’ So I was shooting as soon as I got to my room after the cesarean and nothing was happening. I really had a hard time making milk and finally I was like, “I’m done! I did so well. Look at me. ‘Everyone was like,’ Good for you. I’m proud you tried. ‘”

Overall, she loves motherhood. “If I walk into a room it lights up. He’s just, like… the biggest of smiles,” Meghan said. “No one told me he’s going to love you so much and light up when you walk into a room. You’re like, oh my God, it’s worth it.”
